Susan came to Viral BnB wanting an online presence that finally reflected the warmth and charm of her cottages, a website that tells their story, feels personal, and supports a seamless booking journey.

We infused the design with personality and atmosphere, helping guests feel the coziness and character of each cottage before they even book.
The new design guides guests through a smooth booking journey, supported by PMS integration for real-time availability and instant reservations.
