I’m Emily Kaye — founder of The Viral BnB Agency and the kind of partner hospitality brands hire when they’re done blending in.

I built my career inside performance-first environments where everything revolved around pricing, systems, and “optimization”… and still somehow missed the part that actually makes guests choose you: identity, emotion, and a world worth returning to. That gap is exactly where I work.

Today, I run a collective built for modern boutique hotels and standout short-term rentals: brand strategy + creative direction + revenue management + a tech stack that makes the business feel effortless behind the scenes. We don’t do cookie-cutter templates or generic “Airbnb aesthetic.” We build story-led brands with real gravity—editorial imagery, myth-backed positioning, and direct-booking websites that convert like a funnel, not a brochure.
